Overview
The ready-to-assemble 4-Door Tall Pantry Cabinet splits a full height pantry into an upper and a lower pair of doors. On a tall cabinet that split is practical rather than decorative: shorter doors need less room to swing and sag less over time.
Sizing and fit
Height runs from 48 to 98 inches, width from 22 to 36 inches, and depth from 6 to 30 inches, all in quarter inch steps. The extra four inches of height over the two door pantry is the reason to choose this one in a room with a tall ceiling.
The listed price covers a cabinet 22 inches wide, 65 inches high and 24 3/4 inches deep. Measure at the wall rather than the middle of the room, and take the lower number if the floor runs out of level.
Construction and materials
The case is 3/4 inch PureBond plywood faced in maple or birch veneer with a clear UV finish, or melamine where the interior will not be seen. Shelves are adjustable as standard, fixed for extra rigidity, or left out. Edges are banded in PVC, wood tape or special material, 63 finishes in total.
Finished end panels are available on either side as a flat veneer panel or a faux cap. Toe kicks come recessed, flush, or omitted, with a matching toe kick in 11 wood species. Doors come from the same catalogue of 121 styles as our replacement doors, so a new box matches an existing kitchen. Hinges are Blum.
