All door, drawer front, and drawer box products from XpressCabinetDoors.com have a no-return policy.

Changes or Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we cannot accept cancellations or changes after 24 hours from the time of purchase (excluding non-business days). Our production process begins almost immediately, making it impossible to make modifications. Please review your orders carefully before submitting, as we do not modify measurements. Compensation for customer errors is not allowed. IN RARE CASES, if you need to cancel, refunds will be prorated based on the progress of construction, with a minimum fee of 10% after one business day. Between 2 and 3 business days, the minimum fee will increase to 35%. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed for any returned parts related to cabinets.

Limited Warranty

TIP: Take pictures or make a video during the unpacking process. XpressCabinetDoors.com is a supplier of finished and unfinished wood products shipped nationwide. Please note that any claims regarding discrepancies or issues with your order must be made within three (3) business days after delivery confirmation and before hanging, hinging, or finishing. Additionally, products outside of standard sizes will not be covered for damages, including warping and twisting. It's important to handle our products per our guidelines to minimize potential problems, as they are susceptible to warping, twisting, or cracking within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery if not treated or handled correctly.
