Overview

The San Marino is a recessed-panel cabinet door finished with an applied molding trim around the panel opening, giving it more presence than a plain flat panel while keeping the look versatile.

Design details

That applied molding is the San Marino's signature detail, a distinct trim strip installed around the recessed panel that adds a defined edge and a bit of shadow line without changing the flat panel underneath. The frame is symmetrical, with equal rails and no defined top or bottom, so it orders and installs consistently across a full kitchen. It's an easy way to add character to a kitchen that wants more than a plain recessed look but isn't ready for a fully raised panel.

Wood species & finishes

The flat recessed panel and applied molding trim both take stain and paint well, so the San Marino works across a wide range of finishes. Choose from a wide range of species and cuts, including Alder, Cherry, Maple, Pecan-Hickory, Walnut, and Red and White Oak, or the MDF panel with maple paint-grade frame for a painted finish. Every San Marino is made to order in your exact dimensions to fit your existing cabinets.

• 2.25" standard stiles and rails.
• Unless requested by note, a center rail is added at 50" and above.
• At 36" and above, a center bore will be added (if you select boring).
• The minimum dimensions are 7.5" x 7.5" and a maximum of 30" x 72"
• Selecting non-standard stiles and rails may require a larger minimum size for the door.
• Doors over 26" wide or 70" tall do not come with a warranty.
