Unlike finished wood doors, Thermofoil cabinet doors are made of durable MDF panels wrapped in vinyl, giving them a similar look and feel. Their durability and easy cleaning make them a wise choice over painted wood doors that may fade over time. In addition to all the styles available in wood doors, we also offer a few specialty options in our Thermofoil cabinet doors. Every door and front is custom made to ensure the perfect fit for your space. These doors are known as Rigid Thermal Foil, or RTF, due to their sturdy vinyl construction. Many "ready-to-assemble" cabinets feature Thermofoil doors, and they are sometimes referred to as laminate cabinet doors.
Unfinished products have a lead time of 7-10 business days - Clear coat and primed products, 12-17 business days - Painted items, 16-20 business days.
