Mission Cathedral Recessed Panel Cabinet Door

Overview

The Mission is a cathedral-recessed-panel cabinet door, with its flat center panel topped by a peaked cathedral arch rather than a simple soft curve. The dramatic point gives it a more formal, traditional presence. It is 2-1/4 inches on the stiles and bottom rail, 4-1/4 inches at the largest point of the arch, and 2-1/4 inches at the smallest point at the top of the arch. Measurements are taken from the backside!

Design details

The cathedral peak sits at the top rail only, so the Mission has a defined top and bottom, a detail that suits upper cabinets and reads well against Traditional and Victorian kitchen styles. The panel stays flat and uninterrupted below the arch, keeping the peak as the door's main focal point.

Choose from a wide range of species and cuts, including Alder, Cherry, Maple, Pecan-Hickory, Walnut, and Red and White Oak, or the MDF panel with maple paint-grade frame for a painted finish. Every Mission is made to order in your exact dimensions to fit your existing cabinets.
