Thermofoil cabinet doors have a similar appearance and texture to finished cabinet doors, as they consist of a vinyl-wrapped MDF panel. Not only are they highly durable and easy to maintain, but they also retain their color longer than painted wood doors. In fact, our thermofoil cabinet doors come in the same variety of styles as our wood doors, including specialty options. Each one is custom-made to ensure a perfect fit. Known as Rigid Thermal Foil or RTF, thermofoil is a robust vinyl material that is often used as a replacement for "ready-to-assemble" cabinets, and is sometimes referred to as laminate cabinet doors.
For clear coat and primed products, expect lead times of 12-17 business days, while painted items may take 16-20 business days.
