Like finished cabinet doors, Thermofoil doors are made with a wrapped MDF panel covered in vinyl. With its durability and easy maintenance, Thermofoil doors retain their color much longer than painted wood doors. Our Thermofoil doors come in the same variety of styles as our wood doors, and we also offer specialty doors. Each Thermofoil cabinet door and drawer front is custom-made to ensure a perfect fit. Known as rigid thermofoil or RTF, thermofoil is a sturdy vinyl material. It is commonly used as a replacement for "ready-to-assemble" cabinets and may also be referred to as laminate cabinet doors.
Unfinished products have a lead time of 7-10 business days - Clear coat and primed products, 12-17 business days - Painted items, 16-20 business days.
