Thermofoil cabinet doors have a similar appearance and texture to finished cabinet doors, crafted from an MDF panel wrapped in vinyl. These doors are highly durable, easy to maintain, and retain their color much longer than painted wooden doors. Additionally, thermofoil doors come in the same variety of styles as wooden doors, including a few specialty options. Each thermofoil cabinet door and drawer front is custom-made for the perfect fit. Known as Rigid Thermal Foil or RTF, thermofoil is a strong vinyl material frequently used as a replacement for "ready-to-assemble" cabinets. Some may even refer to it as a laminate cabinet door.
Unfinished products have a lead time of 7-10 business days - Clear coat and primed products, 12-17 business days - Painted items, 16-20 business days.
