Emerson Slab Cabinet Door
Overview
The Emerson is a flat, frameless slab cabinet door with a wood veneer face over an MDF core and edge banding, giving it a clean, flat plank look.
Design details
With no frame, no panel lines, and no profile work, the Emerson is a straightforward fit for modern and flat-front kitchens where the wood grain carries the whole design. The MDF core and edge banding keep the face flat and the edges finished cleanly across a full run of cabinets.
Wood species & finishes
Choose from a range of species and cuts, including Alder, White Oak, Maple, Cherry, Walnut, and Hickory. Every Emerson is made to order in your exact dimensions to fit your existing cabinets.
- This door is shown in Cherry Select with a clear finish.
- 1/8" Edge banding
- At 36" and above, a center bore will be added (if you select boring).
- The minimum dimensions are 3.5" x 3.5" and a maximum of 30" x 72"
- Selecting non-standard stiles and rails may require a larger minimum size for the door.
- Doors over 26" wide or 70" tall do not come with a warranty.
Unfinished products have a lead time of 7-10 business days - Clear coat and primed products, 12-17 business days - Painted items, 16-20 business days.
