Thermofoil cabinet doors are a close match to the appearance and texture of finished cabinet doors, consisting of a vinyl-wrapped MDF panel. These doors are exceptionally durable, easily cleaned, and maintain their color for longer than painted wood doors. Thermofoil cabinet doors come in the same variety of styles as our wooden ones, and we also offer a select few specialty doors. Thermofoil, also known as Rigid Thermal Foil or RTF, is a robust vinyl material. Thermofoil cabinet doors are often used to replace "ready-to-assemble" cabinets and may also be referred to as laminate cabinet doors.
For clear coat and primed products, expect lead times of 12-17 business days, while painted items may take 16-20 business days.
