Overview
The Monterey is a recessed-panel cabinet door with mitered corners and a subtly curved inner frame edge, a simple panel style with just enough shape to feel distinctive.
Design details
A soft curve runs along the frame's inner edge around the recessed panel, giving the Monterey more visual movement than a straight-edged door. The corners meet in clean miters, and the symmetrical layout, with equal rails and no defined top or bottom, keeps ordering consistent across a kitchen. It is a good fit for transitional kitchens that want a touch of shape without heavy ornamentation.
Wood species & finishes
The flat recessed panel keeps grain and stain color front and center, so the Monterey suits both bold stains and clean-grained species. Choose from a wide range of species and cuts, including Alder, Cherry, Maple, Walnut, and Red and White Oak, or the MDF panel with maple paint-grade frame for a painted finish. Every Monterey is made to order in your exact dimensions to fit your existing cabinets.
