Construction Details

The door is shown in Maple Select with a clear finish. It features standard stiles and rails measuring 2.25 inches.

Unless otherwise noted, a center rail is added to doors that are 50 inches or taller. For doors 36 inches or taller, a center bore will be included if boring is selected.

Size Requirements

Minimum dimensions for these doors are 7.5 inches by 7.5 inches, while the maximum dimensions are 26 inches by 72 inches.

If non-standard stiles and rails are selected, a larger minimum door size may be required.

Warranty and Delivery

Doors that exceed 26 inches in width or 70 inches in height are not covered under warranty. While it is possible to exceed the maximum dimensions, doing so is not guaranteed and may incur an additional option charge. Exceeding these dimensions also requires additional delivery time beyond the standard 7 to 10 business days.

The door comes standard with No Lip/No Detail (NLND).

Panel and Groove Details

Beaded panel grooves are spaced 2 inches apart. The placement of beaded grooves—either on or off-center—depends on the width of the door.

The absolute maximum door width without a center stile is 32.5 inches, but this configuration is not guaranteed.

For doors sized between the cut-down minimum and the minimum size (width x height), an additional small stile or rail charge applies. This charge is equivalent to the cost of a 5-piece drawer front.
